Nekter is one of my favorite weekly juice places. I love it.

I went in to pick up an order for my boss. I check in tell them the name and also order a smoothie because the online order said it would not be ready until 4:52. I got there at 4:39. They call out the name for the online order and present me with one juice. The order is for three 4 smoothie bowls and and 3 smoothies. I let the girl know and she tells me it will be a minute. It is a fairly large order so i wait for about 30 min and call my boss to check what time she placed the order she had ordered at 4:24 so i got up again and its 5:19 almost a full hour. When i get up there they start pulling everything out of the freezer. Meaning the order was done and no one told me. I was sitting on to the left of the counter for the past 45 minutes. I ask if it had been done for a while and was told “no we literally just made them. We just got super slammed”. So either it had been done and sitting in the freezer for a while as I suspect or they had just finished it and decided not to tell me??? Either way i leave and get back to work and guess what they forgot my GMs smoothie. Of all the people of course it was my GM. Needless to say do not waste your time here. On top of that they dont even have a working phone number to call so when we wanted to pick up the missing smoothie we couldn’t even contact someone

Large variety of healthy juice, smoothie, & power bowls. Staff is very kind & helpful. They easily agreed to use coconut water instead of cashew milk for my order given my cashew allergy. Great options for the whole family. My little kiddo loved her smoothie. Also, you can buy a whole cleanse package here, super cool. Highly recommend.

I placed an online order for 2 juices to be ready 20 minutes later when I arrived at the location. Upon the designated time, the order had not been started, despite 4 employees standing around with no other orders to fill. When I gave them the name, they stated they didn't even know the order had come in to fulfill, as the ticket was sitting there but no one bothered to look. Since I was on a time crunch, (hence the ordering ahead) I was highly dissatisfied with the service...But you do have a great product, which is why after multiple times having issues and order mix-ups, I continue to come back, but purposely drive to a different location.

I always order the PB health nut which is delicious but tried the PB mocha smoothie which was more like a juice than a smoothie .. very runny .. if that’s how they’re made will not order again

I ordered 2 large green apple detox for pickup. But that's not what I received. The employee set it down and left, and I was in too much of a hurry to say anything. The bottom half of the juice was red, but there are no red ingredients. Both were also missing ginger. I'm usually a satisfied customer and the employees are very friendly. But this was a very lackluster experience.

40 min for a bowl- as a manager if you’re THAT understaffed just make the decision to not be opened. It’s unfair to every guest- and the workers too. I myself, know what it’s like to work in customer service and know how frustrating this can get. I’m just upset that the workers obviously aren’t getting correct treatment. And I’m upset that 6 other people got their bowls & juices before someone finally said, “I’m sorry what’s your order?”, just don’t bother being open, for the sake of your staff’s sanity, and the guests.

Hi actually i started going to this nektre recently and getting orange juice with carrot. Today i got my juice and observed the chilli flavor with ginger extracts. I told my cashier specifically just orange and carrot juice. Either they dont clean their juicer or care to make a clean nice drink. I come here every week to have a fresh orange not some chilli extracts in it. Please tell them to pay attention to it. And payinh money for healthy juice should be worth it. Thanks. Now i dont like my juice and i cant go back to complain since i got home and drank it . And couldn't find my recipet. 😔

Juice is good. Staff needs customer service training, greeting, tone of voice and body language.
