Excellent customer service! Juice is great!! Gave 9 on time because it does take time but that’s why it’s fresh!!

Rude service and a mandatory tip is an instant no from me. Basic quality juice and smoothie.

Just wanted to say that every time I've come here, I've always had a great experience. Today, I had placed a pick up order for a small juice and upon arriving, I noticed they were busy and running a little behind. No biggie. As a thanks to my patience, the gal working the front had my juice double upgraded. Cheers! So cool!

This morning I walked in, and there was no one in sight. I was in the lobby for a long five minutes saying “hello hello anybody there?” And a few minutes later 2 employees came to the front. They did apologize and made a good juice. I just didn’t know what they were doing back there.

I use the one day or two day juice cleanse. I always feel good afterwards plus it is easy and enjoyable.

Easy to run in and get my juice.

I’ve waited for my juice more than 15mins. The team member is on training, not a good time especially during lunch time/rush hour. No coupon received or even apologies for waiting. If not for the location I will not get my juice here.

I live in Scottsdale but planned to pick up my 3 day cleanse from the Chandler location based on Sunday errands. I called 2 or 3 times before my visit to confirm my order was ready. No one answered the phone. When I arrived I was told the juice hadn’t arrived as planned. I got a call on Tuesday confirming my order was ready. I totally understand supply chain issues and delays but someone answering the phone would have helped minimize the inconvenience.

I saw an ad on Instagram for a free drink. I have never been to Nekter before and now that I have I will definitely be back. The juice was incredible, it was ready in time, and the girl working was friendly.

I walked in today to pick up my takeout order and I stood at the register for 5 minutes before I decided to take a seat since it was becoming clear that no one would greet me. After I took a seat I watched three other groups come in and wait in line only. None of us were welcomed in, greeted in any form or made aware of any problem that would preclude us from ordering in a timely manner. One woman gave up and left the store after waiting in line with no acknowledgment that she was even there. My juice was delicious but not worth the wait and the hostility.

My juice did not taste the same and I couldn’t finish it. It tasted bad and had a bad taste to it.

Great! Friendly and speedy service, juice tastes great. Easy to order on the app.
