Every time I go get an Açaí Bowl its always amazing! Everyone is always so nice and super professional

Large variety of healthy juice, smoothie, & power bowls. Staff is very kind & helpful. They easily agreed to use coconut water instead of cashew milk for my order given my cashew allergy. Great options for the whole family. My little kiddo loved her smoothie. Also, you can buy a whole cleanse package here, super cool. Highly recommend.

Wasn't clear on the app on how to get the acai peanut butter bowl. Wasn't really clear and I don't think I got acai. Not sure what the base was. The store was great though.

Todays service was very good !! I love your selection of drinks and bowls, I would love it if there was an easier way to know which smoothies have the lowest sugar content. I know you can modify so this would depend on that but it would be great to have at least one option where the smoothie starts out less sugar content.

I ordered an Açaí Mango Bowl however in the bowl I received a scoop of almond butter which isn’t in the recipe. I am disappointed because I used my free smoothie bowl promotion for this purchase. I wasn’t able to check the bowl because I was picking up during my work lunch break. I would like the issue to be escalated to a manager.

The bowls were made perfect and with fresh fruit. They tasted perfect !

This location did a great job at preparing our bowls. They were ready to go and delicious when we picked them up!

I ordered 8 turmeric shots and 8 ginger to go. The containers were more than half empty. They did a good job with the acai bowl and the smoothie but definitely, not with the shots.

I always order a bowl with no agave but they often accidentally add agave. When I notice I ask them to redo the top half. But, on this occasion I was in a hurry and they were slower than usual so I just hurried out and didn't notice until it was too late. I really dislike agave so I just had to toss it, such a bummer! Pretty please watch for those no agave orders.

If your employees would make the superfood bowl according to the recipe and not try to save money by over stuffing it with spinach and kale instead of Açaí and blueberries You would get a better rating.

I love Nektar and I’ve always had great service. Today, I ordered two açaí bowls and got home to realize that one of the bowls was barely filled. I don’t know if someone new made and possibly haven’t been trained properly but I’m super disappointed that I paid about $10 per bowl to only get a quarter of the bowl filled up. I wish (and will moving forward) looked at the bowl before I left. I spend a lot of money at Nektar so this is so disappointing.

I love your restaurant, and usually don't have issues, but this last time I ordered a berry bowl and asked requested coconut flakes on top but they didn't add any.
