I ordered my bowl without blueberries and the intrusions was not followed. I did not feel greeted when I picked up my bowl and smoothie either

I love Nekter because it offers a healthy choice (no added sugar) and convenience (order in advance via app). The employees are young, motivated and responsible people who are all very polite. Here is what Nekter needs to improve: 1) app needs to be faster and simpler. The guided options selection is awkward. You can save favorites, but I’d prefer the Nekter Team build me some favorites. You can actually order a bowl that the employees cannot build—happened to my wife. 2) advertise that the açaí has no added sugar. This is a big deal. Thanks.

PB&J bowl looked very thrown together and melty. Not good barely any fruit just chia. just threw it away.

The buy one get 50 off a 2nd bowl offer didn’t work when I ordered online and as directed. They forgot my coconut flakes that I ordered and paid for on my bowl (happens often). Other than that I love Nekter.

I went in to pick up an order for my boss. I check in tell them the name and also order a smoothie because the online order said it would not be ready until 4:52. I got there at 4:39. They call out the name for the online order and present me with one juice. The order is for three 4 smoothie bowls and and 3 smoothies. I let the girl know and she tells me it will be a minute. It is a fairly large order so i wait for about 30 min and call my boss to check what time she placed the order she had ordered at 4:24 so i got up again and its 5:19 almost a full hour. When i get up there they start pulling everything out of the freezer. Meaning the order was done and no one told me. I was sitting on to the left of the counter for the past 45 minutes. I ask if it had been done for a while and was told “no we literally just made them. We just got super slammed”. So either it had been done and sitting in the freezer for a while as I suspect or they had just finished it and decided not to tell me??? Either way i leave and get back to work and guess what they forgot my GMs smoothie. Of all the people of course it was my GM. Needless to say do not waste your time here. On top of that they dont even have a working phone number to call so when we wanted to pick up the missing smoothie we couldn’t even contact someone

Recently several bowls have only been filled up halfway which is frustrating when I pay approx $10-$13 per bowl. Today my bowl was once again only filled up about halfway

Absolutely love this place and the work staff. My bowls and smoothies are always extra good!!

My bowl wasn’t filled up like it usually is. Overall, I love the quality of the food & the healthy options.
