The service and staff were great. However, when I ordered online the system was down so my drink wasn’t ready for about 10min which was frustrating. Again, the staff was great and handled with the situation well.

Ordered online. Order was never started and I had to show my email receipt. I’ve gotten the greenie plus ginger and blueberries for years now. Lady tells me they can’t add blueberries to it. Just plain bad

Online order doesn't work. Their system doesn't let them receive our order. We arrived under the assumption it would be ready when we got here. Waited 30 mins at home only to wait another 30 mins in store because how queue and only 2 people working.

Wondering why you don’t open earlier with Starbucks next door. Seems like a missed opportunity when you don’t open until 8am.
