Perfect service .

No wonder these kids can’t pay off their student loans! As far as the rating of the smoothie: I would say 5 out of 10. I have had better at half the price. Not sure how they stay in business. Garbage was overflowing outside the door and birds were all over the place picking apart the bags. Staff seemed almost bothered to take your order and rolled their eyes when I gave them zero tip after paying $22 for two small smoothies. Inside was inviting and upbeat music playing. If the staff could keep off of their cell phones for five minutes, I’m sure the atmosphere would have been better. Sorry, I would not recommend Nekter. Way more value to be found at their competitors and likely a more mature staff.

Great experience. Only one confusing part: I was planning on getting the free drink from downloading the app. I downloaded it, then when I wanted to add the freebie, the link told me I "already was a member." Well, I couldn't get the drink without the app, but getting the app precluded me from getting the drink? lol

I ordered an Acai Mango Bowl. But I received pineapple, not mango.
