I love the product and will stay a customer but in the 5 years I've been going to your location I think you've only had two polite employees. Picked up an order on Sunday and after being seen I still stood there for 3 minutes watching them fold boxes. I love the hustle but just acknowledge a customers presence.
The last few times I’ve been here my bowl is barely over half full and once my pb & j bowl didn’t have peanut butter. The service here is always great, but not everyone fills it all the way full and has the perfect consistency base.

I haven’t received my order. It’s been 20 minutes. They are making about one drink every 5-10 minutes. There are 12 people here waiting. They are listening to a song with the main lyric “I ******* hate you” at full blast.
