Service was great. Still cannot order juices from app.

This location is very inconsistent. I always order the pineapple matcha. Sometimes it’s perfect, once it obviously had banana in it ( I get this smoothie specifically because I do not like bananas), today the consistency was more like a juice than a smoothie. One time I got the new avocado smoothie w/o aguave and it was so sweet I could not drink it. Does anyone even read these? I have provided feedback in the past and it seems to go unnoticed.

Please update ordering in app to allow “light ice” as an option for juices.

It was quick & easy to order on the app. I just wish I could order my juice with “light ice” instead of having only “ice” or “no ice” as options. Thanks!!

Love the Juices and Bowls, but the service at this location is almost always awful. Usually takes 30 minutes for my order and the associates are unprofessional and usually have their AirPods in and on their phone before they start your order.

Waited 30min for the juice

Horrible experience. I waited for 30 minutes for two medium juices. That cost over $20. Will never go back…. Customer service is horrible. The employee changed gloves when serving a customer, and then never switched them again when continuing to make my drinks. Disgusting. This is not a $20 experience.

Very pleasant employee. The juices are prefect. All naturally sweet and a nice in-between to go meals.

I’ve had issues with this location before but this time the juice was made on time. The only problem was that I requested ice but it wasn’t added when I picked up the order. I mentioned it to the associate thinking he would change the container and add ice but he didn’t say anything. So I left without the ice.

This is my second visit, employees are friendly and helpful, but there seems to be an issue with management. First visit they were out of oranges, if they didn’t have such a limited menu of fruits & veggies it wouldn’t be a big deal, it was in the am so not like they ran out from a busy day. Second visit, juice machine was out of service, so disappointing because I was craving the celery aide & this is a juice place. Anyway, the employees still took care of me and made it right with what they could do. Overall I like the products but this location is a struggle.

Great Juice Bar!

Not a great experience. I came in for a smoothie and their one blender was broken. When trying to decide which juice to buy, they told me they were out of spinach? Then when I went to pay for my 6 dollar 16oz juice, they had a tablet that asks for a tip and makes it difficult not to give a tip (you need to manually enter $0). I hate that. The staff was nice though. I just feel bad that they have to work there. It seems like the management must be a little oblivious/negligent.

The best place for juice other than home made.

While my juice drink was good. Every table was empty and dirty and the men's bathroom was disgusting. All of the staff was hanging in the back.

After ordering clenses they did not ship to the store as requested. At first there were only 2. Then finally 5 days later we got the clenses with the incorrect juices. While not quick to respond when the order was first messed up the store manager and franchise supervisor did help us get everything sorted. We did appreciate the honest of the employees and did end up loving their product. We do hope that next time our experience will be much smoother.
