This Redondo Beach store is always taking orders beyond their staff capacity. I walked in the other day and was told I would have to wait 25 to 30 minutes! For a Juice?? There were several staff members working as best they could to handle the situation. Part of the problem is the on line ordering! Turn it off in times when the storefront is super busy!! Asking guests to wait 25 minutes for a juice or smoothie is ridiculous!!

It’s the slowest service I’ve ever had from any fast food chain or juice bar. I finished eating my smash burger and tots without a drink. I still had to wait another 30 mins for my Nekter smoothies.

The quality of the bowl I get at this location has been getting worse as compared to other Nekter locations. My bowl today was more like a smoothie rather than a bowl. It was blended too much.

Ordered online for pickup and smoothie was done 25 minutes after time sent in confirmation email when it would be ready. So it was ready 40 min after ordering. Waited a long time. Can you give me a gift card or some credit for the crazy wait? Was waiting in the shop a long time. The staff was good. They were just understaffed and needed more help.

Staff adds too much ice into the blends that ruin the actual bowl/smoothie. It is completely flavorless. I hesitate to come for that very reason. It’s only when I’m truly rendered in having to buy something to eat while trying to keep it healthy. The service is good and so are the prices , but the blends as mentioned have way too much ice inside. I have switched to Beach Bowls , it’s a bit further away but unlike Nekter , they do not add any ice to their blends. I work across the street from Nekter but I much rather drive 10 to Beach Bowls because I know I’m not gambling the chances of ended up w nothing but ice in my blend.

Completely understaffed. The 2 girls working were very nice and very hardworking but they needed help. Upon picking up my order, the wait time for walk-ins to receive their orders was 15-20 minutes. That’s way too long for an in and out smoothie place.

Love your juices and smoothies and come here often but the staff is ALWAYS lagging. Usually stand behind counter for a few before anyone notices or acknowledges me or comes out from back. I always pre order and it is never ready when I arrive which is always 20+ minutes. Lots of inconsistencies with my orders

I order my smoothies online, however, the website does not allow written modifications. Therefore, when I call to sub an ingredient, they are always willing to accommodate. Also, my smoothie is always waiting for me when I arrive.

This shop is a go to for a smoothie. Its small shop but their smoothies are not. Great price for value. I get full just off the medium smoothie. I have tried most and still can't find a favorite because they are all Soooo good

Friendly customer service and the best Acai bowls and smoothies!

Ordered a PB mocha smoothie & a green juice. It was pretty good taste. Service was also fine. My only real con would be is that the juices and smoothies are very pricey. Regular size smoothie is $10+. I thought the smoothie was good but at that price point it is not worth it.
