The ingredients were super fresh, and the flavors were spot on. Staff was friendly and quick, and the place had a great vibe.

I am really disappointed with the new app experience. It is frustrating that you can only redeem rewards in the app - which is super buggy and doesn't always work. It is also frustrating that if you don't get your app scanned the process to get credit for purchases with your receipt doesn't work in the app - it is broken and I've tried several times with several different purchases.

Ordered online, and order was very delayed. Orderd at 12:30 and confirmation message said ordered would be ready at 12:57. I arrived at 1:10 and was told 2 more minutes, and didn’t get my order until 1:20. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with timing and the quality of the product. I hope you are able to work out the kinks and don’t take it for granted that you are the only a açaí spot on the area.

I’ve ordered online ahead of time many times. The juice was ready when I arrived but it was very very bitter. It just did not taste right.

Poor takeout service. This is the second time my order wasn’t prepared despite ordering nearly an hour in advance. Staff showed no concern or apology and prioritized walk-in customers over fixing the issue. Smoothies are good, but the service is consistently disappointing.

I have ordered both the pink flamingo and mango delight smoothies on multiple occasions, and absolutely loved them. However, this time when I ordered two regular pink flamingo’s and one mini mango delight, they were both downright terrible. Every one of them had a horrible aftertaste, like rotten milk and fruit. So, me and my friend went back in to ask to have them remade. While the worker was polite and did remake them, they were no better than before. They all still had a odd aftertaste and tasted flavorless. On top of that the mango delight smoothie was the consistency of water, not a smoothie, and both of the pink flamingos were not even close to being filled to the top. The fact I paid almost $30 for these horrible smoothies truly infuriates me. I am usually a regular customer after my workouts, as I love their smoothies so much, however, I don’t think I will ever visit this location EVER again.

There should be two employees working here. The drinks are great but the speed of making them or other meals could be quicker. I had to wait serval time this pass week in my items. Wait time 40-45.
