Nekter Juice Bar - Redondo Beach

Awesome...the gal that was working Wednesday morning (South Redondo) was superb... Best service we have ever received and a definite asset to your company.

I am a regular customer, totally addicted to Nekter! The service I usually receive is fairly nice. I felt so bad for the one girl who worked by herself the opening shift on October 1 in Redondo Beach. She was so busy and all by herself but kept a smile on. I nearly got my drink 1 hour after ordering via the app. I know a lot of establishments are understaffed but hopefully this girl gets some credit for how hard she worked her butt off!

No one was present when we walked in the store, we had to wait 5 mins for someone to come. Looks like you just staffed one person at that time, and the employee likely needed to use the bathroom. You should always have 2 people on duty.

I always order via the app for pickup, and the staff generally remembers me and always very kind and helpful.

The service is great, the 8 is because I think they may need more help.

Placed online order and still ended up waiting 10 minutes for my order even after arriving later than my requested time. I was the only customer in the store.

ordered a bowl on line. it was ready when stated. customer service was quick and friendly. nothing but a great experience, and the bowl tasted great!

Took over 20 minutes for a mobile scheduled order to be ready. Young ladies dismissive at customer service.

I go to your location a few times weekly and always order on my iPhone app before going. Usually, the order is ready when I get there. The staff is friendly and helpful. For the vast majority of my visits the taste of the Greenie is consistent, cold and fresh.

I order online and my order is always ready when I arrive. Team is very firendly.

Everytime I come into Nekter redondo, the girls working there are not very friendly or welcoming. Twice got my order a little mixed up which is fine, easy fix but they seemed annoyed when I brought it up.

Staff is great, although 90% of the time that I pre-order, I have to wait 5-10 minutes after my pick up time for my juice.

This hasn't happened often, but this visit I ordered 2x of each beverage. Only one of each size was available when I arrived. Perhaps the ticket could better emphasize the quantity of each drink?

This location suffers from poor management. Long delays during AM hours due to one attendant. No issues with the quality of the product, but old, dried splatter on Prep Wall.... Your Crew needs help!

Ordered a PB mocha smoothie & a green juice. It was pretty good taste. Service was also fine. My only real con would be is that the juices and smoothies are very pricey. Regular size smoothie is $10+. I thought the smoothie was good but at that price point it is not worth it.
