Nekter Juice Bar - Redondo Beach

Truly a shocking experience - but not surprised. This place has been going down Hill for months - sad.

This Redondo Beach store is always taking orders beyond their staff capacity. I walked in the other day and was told I would have to wait 25 to 30 minutes! For a Juice?? There were several staff members working as best they could to handle the situation. Part of the problem is the on line ordering! Turn it off in times when the storefront is super busy!! Asking guests to wait 25 minutes for a juice or smoothie is ridiculous!!

Love the company, and products. Staff always polite, but I ordered on mobile at 12:30pm that came back for a 1pm pick up, which is a little long, but okay. I went at 1pm and had to wait another 20 minutes - so really what was the point of a mobile order? The team worked hard, but clearly understaffed and it shouldn't take 50 minutes from time of order to have it ready.

We received the completely wrong order (PB Bowl instead of superfood bowl) and unfortunately did not realize until we were home.

The staff was nice. The communication could have been better because i ordered online then called to ask for my drink to be sweeter and then when i got there the guy was making my drink. Then as soon as he was done, the lady who i spoke with over the phone came out with my "sweeter"drink that was already made so i waited for nothing. The drink wasn't that good. I noticed that most Nektar locations drinks are not consistent in taste. But my overall customer service experience was good.

I ordered ahead online and when I got there my order was not ready , had an appointment Could not wait.

I placed an order through the app to be picked up and when I arrived at the time it said it would be ready my item was not ready. The team said I still needed dti wait for it and I could not so I had to leave without a drink I paid for.

It’s the slowest service I’ve ever had from any fast food chain or juice bar. I finished eating my smash burger and tots without a drink. I still had to wait another 30 mins for my Nekter smoothies.

The quality of the bowl I get at this location has been getting worse as compared to other Nekter locations. My bowl today was more like a smoothie rather than a bowl. It was blended too much.

Ordered online for pickup and smoothie was done 25 minutes after time sent in confirmation email when it would be ready. So it was ready 40 min after ordering. Waited a long time. Can you give me a gift card or some credit for the crazy wait? Was waiting in the shop a long time. The staff was good. They were just understaffed and needed more help.

The Hermosa location makes drinks that taste much better thank the same drink at this location. I have given it a couple of tries and both my daughter and I have weighed in. The drinks just do not come out the same- seem quite watery at the Redondo location? Sorry, but hopefully the feedback will help.
