The online ordering system is misleading. The google preview says 10 min, but the order ended up being for 30 min out so the workers didn’t even have it in their system yet when I showed up 10 min later. They were very helpful for getting around that though by taking my order down again

I placed order online and called to ask if my order could be done sooner. The staff was super flexible and let me know they will try their best. I got my order once I arrive about 5-7 minutes sooner. In my experience of online order that never happens and I would have understood because Nekter is always busy in the mornings
