Great service!!

The employees are very nice, I was new to the store, maybe encouraging more interaction/engagement so that you feel more welcome - maybe ask for name in a friendly manner. The place has allot of things to offer, and I feel like that wasn't conveyed, maybe a more starbucks like interaction if possible. I've now been 2 times, and it was same staff, again no problems at all, but to foster return visits would be good.

The woman that made my smoothie was really nice but she was extremely busy. She needed more help. I noticed that the problem with this location is there is not enough staff. The app said the drink would be ready by 11:07 and it was ready at 11:15. I don’t mind the wait but just provide the correct time.

Fast and easy

For me the issue is the smoothies are terribly blended. So badly blended they’re basically not smoothies. Literally if my smoothie had just been blended properly it would have been a 4 star rating, but it was so chunky and then random pockets of pure yogurt etc. would not be my first choice for a place to get a smoothie.
