Store is a little dirty, forgot a few bottles in my cleanse, nice teens working there but could really use some training and adult supervision.
Will find another location.

My biggest complaint is speed. It takes 15 minutes or more for 2 smoothies and a juice and it feels too long. Everyone is nice enough but seems short staffed.

The 2 men there were very nice. I just think they may have had an influx of orders. My app stated my bowl was complete but when I went to pick up the order the man said they still need to make the bowl. So it was not complete. The kids were doing their jobs but they were just too busy. It’s ok. I still love Nékter.
