I order regularly, and I’ve never been disappointed. The bowls and juices are the best!

Terrific in both execution and taste! I ordered on the mobile app, and my bowl was ready on time and the counter staff greeted me warmly, had my order ready, and handed it to me in a bag with napkin and spoon - and a smile. Really great team and of course acai bowl is awesome!

There seems to always be one thing off when you order at this store. Like this time we only got one spoon but ordered two bowls. And last time there was no peanut butter in the peanut butter bowl.

We received the completely wrong order (PB Bowl instead of superfood bowl) and unfortunately did not realize until we were home.

The quality of the bowl I get at this location has been getting worse as compared to other Nekter locations. My bowl today was more like a smoothie rather than a bowl. It was blended too much.

Staff adds too much ice into the blends that ruin the actual bowl/smoothie. It is completely flavorless. I hesitate to come for that very reason. It’s only when I’m truly rendered in having to buy something to eat while trying to keep it healthy. The service is good and so are the prices , but the blends as mentioned have way too much ice inside. I have switched to Beach Bowls , it’s a bit further away but unlike Nekter , they do not add any ice to their blends. I work across the street from Nekter but I much rather drive 10 to Beach Bowls because I know I’m not gambling the chances of ended up w nothing but ice in my blend.

Ordered a mango açaí bowl and got no mango. Still delicious but wasn’t told before and only arrived home to find out.

I'm a regular customer and tonight picked up my mobile order on time. The crew was friendly. However, the acai bowl was like 75% full and the acai base more like soup. It was pretty disappointing. If I had eaten outside I would have requested they correct it. A miss as typically the bowls are excellent.

I love the Nekter bowls, and the store is clean, with friendly-but-stressed employees. I think they're perpetually understaffed--or the store is just too small--for the amount of business they get.

Please don't leave online orders on the countertop instead of storing them in a freezer. My bowl was melting and mostly liquid by the time I opened it outside of the restaurant.
