I ordered a superfood bowl with no granola, and paid for coconut flakes instead. I used the mobile app. When I picked up the bowl, I noticed coconut flakes were absent. I waited in line for the cashier to finish helping the couple in front of me, and let her know the mistake. She quickly rectified the situation by giving me coconut flakes to top my bowl. Mistakes happen, I get it! But since you asked, that happened.

no names on cup, i had to review my order to make sure it was mine. the smoothie also did not go into the case and she just put it in the counter. had i walked in later i would not have known my smoothie was ready.
