I was extremely pleased and happy about my positive experience I had at the Tustin location. I had ordered my toxin flush juice in advance through my app and set a specific time for pick up the night before. Several hours had pass by on the day I was suppose to pick up my drink and when I was on my way to work, I had remembered I preordered my drink. I called the location immediately and the members of the team was so kind and understanding and asked me when I planned on coming by to pick my drink I had forgotten about. I mentioned to them that I will be arriving late evening after work. When I arrived after work, everyone on the team was already aware of my situation and they were on top of it. They were super friendly, understanding, and very efficient with smiles on their faces. They even made me a fresh new one on the spot and I wasn’t even expecting that! This location won my heart over and is definitely my favorite location to come to. My gym is close by and I will definitely be sharing my story with them!

I had a lovely experience. I had forgotten to pick up my order that I placed over the app and called the store hours later. When they answered the phone, the team was so kind and understanding. I told them I wasn’t going to be able to make it back until late evening. When I arrived, they already knew my situation. With such kindness, urgency, and efficiency, they made me another one.
