I placed my order online and after picking it up, once I sat down to enjoy the açai bowl I ordered, I noticed the order was slightly incorrect as one of the toppings I had requested to be omitted, was still included. Customer service could have been better as well. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my order.

I ordered online and was given a tentative time my drink would be ready so I went in at that time. I told the employee I ordered online and was there to pick-up my drink. He immediately told me if I just ordered it would not be ready yet and began to walk away. I told him I placed the order earlier, since the drink in the fridge looked like what I ordered. He hesitantly looked and realized it was my order. Not really a big deal, but I didn’t want to wait unnecessarily so I’d say check first before assuming. The quality of the drink was on point, I will continue to go back because I like the drinks.

This location consistently gets our order wrong... I'm not sure why as, other locations are fine. For some reason this one is about 50/50 when I place online orders.
