Took a while for an associate to greet me even though there was only one other person in line. I had mobile ordered. She was busy making drinks, and then about 2 minutes later, someone finally came out from the back and helped her. Overall, from the time I mobile ordered to when I picked up my drink, I waited 10 minutes. Seems a little too long to me.
