The smoothies are tasty but some of your counter folks are a bit grumpy. I thought it was a one off, but didn't get a warm and fuzzy. Just a smile would make a difference.

There was no customer service and the smoothie was sooo watery with a lot of peanut butter and I didn’t ask for extra peanut butter. I could have made a better smoothie at home. And I just wasted my reward points on getting this smoothie. The whole reason a customer comes to get a smoothie is because they don’t have time to make it at home

I love ordering in advance and grabbing it quickly when I get in. I was a little disappointed that the fridge wasn’t on the counter anymore, but I didn’t have to wait too long for the employee to get my bowl for me. I’m sure there was a problem with having it on the counter for customers to grab, but that was super convenient!
