I ordered two build your own parfait, one with peanut butter chia pudding and one with vanilla with peanut butter drizzle. The one with peanut butter chia pudding was vanilla with peanut butter drizzle that should have been in the one with the vanilla but it was not.

The website promised free smoothie or juice when signing up for the rewards program, signing up for text and emails, downloading and app AND making a purchase.
Did all that (6 different things) and still no free promo. What a hassle and bait. Very disappointed.

It was great. I came in for an online order pick up, it was busy but I was still helped quickly and could tell the team on stuff at the time gets along well and puts in their effort. I enjoy any chance I get for a smoothie from this location as they simply try and nail every time the quality Nekter is known for.

I ordered on line, store claimed tgey didn't get the order, showed them the email and got an " oh", do then had to wait while they made it. They said it was a system issue, maybe it was. The employee did make it quick. But the point is to order in advance and pick up at the time promised
