The workers who were there did an amazing job of being friendly and helpful and efficient. Great job!!

I showed up at 8:15PM, they close at 9PM. Three other customers walked in behind me while I was waiting for someone to show up at the front desk. The gal appeared out of the back after a few minutes and told me all orders are taking 45 minutes to an hour, which would put them after closing. I asked what the wait was about as we were the only people in there, and she replied that she didn't want to clean the machines again.
Very poor customer service.

Didn’t like the quality of my drink but after talking to the store associates, they made a different drink for me. This was a nice gesture.

I understand the employees are very busy but when you see a customer standing there don't look at them and turn around and continue working without acknowledging them, I was obviously waiting to be helped at the register and no one was coming they just had their backs turned making the bowls I had to say excise me 4 times until one turned around and I was finally helped. Again, I understand they may have been overwhelmed but you shouldn't keep people waiting for almost 8 min the orders are still going to come I'm no matter how much you want to ignore customers I'm the store. Not the best service and I think they really need to work on that.
