Ordered a bowl via app, arrived a bit early, bowl was ready, staff were friendly, polite and personable. Seating area was clean and presentable As usual, food was delicious.
I came for the first time and no acknowledge me as a customer , I didn’t know where the pick up station was at , so I stood near a young man making drinks. Didn’t seam to bother him that I had a question and didn’t even look up.

I am a regular at the Nekter in the Market Place. I think everyone at this location is very kind and jovial. However, my last visit to Nekter wasn’t my best. I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt because all of my other experiences have been been outstanding! My last visit, I order the Popeye’s Açaí smoothie with strawberries. I took my first sip and noticed it wasn’t as sweet as I normally expect it to be. The further I got into the drink, I was beginning to feel whole pieces of strawberry, blueberry, and spinach stems in my mouth. At one point, I took out a pretty sizeable stem of spinach from my mouth. So my only feedback is this: keep up the good work. You are greatly appreciated, but maybe don’t rush through the orders? Take the time to make sure everything is done the best it can!
