I accidentally ordered a juice at this location and didn't realize it until too late. I called and the girl helping was super helpful. She didn't even care about the juice she made for me -- it was about me getting my money back. Maybe I should made the trip out to Tustin :)

Got my order wrong and argued with me until I convinced them they had made the wrong item. Luckily the cashier had keyed it correctly so I was vindicated but it was a pretty frustrating experience.

The taste of the juices are quite inconsistent or some ingredients are missing especially ginger in my orders, most of the times. I think the staffs will need more proper trainings before making drinks. Because I could make the same drinks at home without spending money on low quality beverages at Nekter.

I placed my order online, through an app on my phone. My order was not ready on time, by over 5 minutes. I saw a worker put an order that looked like it could be mine inside a case. It would have been nice if my name had been called. This was my first online order and I had no idea that’s how it works. I stood at the counter for over a minute trying to get someone’s attention. No one said a word to me. I finally looked and saw my name on the order in the case, took it and left.

I ordered online before heading to store in hope I can save time in waiting in line. After getting to store, everyone that came in after me had ordered and gotten their drinks. I had to ask the staff where my drink was and that’s when she started making my drink. So what’s the point of having people order online??

I like the menu at this location. It seems like training is inconsistent. I like the chia parfaits and it seems like the portions of ingredients differ depending on who makes it.

I appreciated that they called me to let me know that they were out of one of the items that I ordered. Staff was friendly and greeted me when I came in which was nice since I've been coming in alot. :-)
