I don’t think the staff pays attention. My daughter ordered a bowl here before and she has extreme allergies to nuts. They used almond milk when she asked for substitution. She took one taste and knew it had almond milk. They made a new one but she was already having stomach pains and itchiness do she didn’t eat it. She never comes here anymore because she’s afraid to get a wrong order but I came today for myself and ordered a bowl with granola on the side. It was not on the side. Clearly they don’t read the instructions.

I appreciate that they know me and my order! Especially since I didn’t really make much effort to engage with them; they did it on their own. The Tustin Marketplace location is also much more consistent with the quality than the Orange location.
