While I love your products, I have consistently found that the staff at your Huntington Beach / Seacliff location is (with one exception) rarely in the front of the store when I come in, does not greet me or interact personally - it's just find the smoothie (which more times than not seems to have them looking in more than one location), and maybe a forced "have a nice day". As a guy who was in retail management for 17 years and then outside sales & account management for 25, this is NOT the customer-facing image any company wants. Sorry, but thought you needed to know.

I made an online order and it was ready when I walked in! I usually order the pink flamingo and this time it did not disappoint. The staff had smiles and were very welcoming. I appreciate the hard work that they put in trying to juggle walk-ins vs online ordering so everyone can get their orders in a timely manner.
