It usually ready when I order on the app so speed is good. I try not to order in person at this particular location because I’ve had some not so pleasant experiences with the staff behind the counter when ordering previously. I like the product better than other açaí bowl places and it’s right by our house (walking distance) or I’d probably find another location or açaí bowl store based on customer service, staff friendliness and respectfulness, and overall experience other than the food.

Kids working there are very unfriendly. No emotion at all on their face. You say thank you when they hand you your drink and they don’t reply at all. Just hand it to you and walk away
