I get a smoothie here at least once a week and find the counter staff inconsistent. A few are friendly and helpful but many barely say a single word and just hand over my order. Other than that I definitely enjoy the smoothies and ease of ordering on the app! One other thing I will say is the seacliff HB location makes the best smoothies, I went to the Newport 17th recently and the same thing I often get at HB was watery and awful at the other location. 🤷🏻♀️
