The girls working the register just doesn’t know how to interact well with customers. The girl working the smoothie making station is nice but busy making smoothies. No one asked me what I was there for, for a few minutes, even though I went to the pick up counter. Even then they didn’t ask me, I ended up just speaking up.

There’s a new gal working since I’ve been there last young brunette with a slight accent. She was so kind and warm and made you feel seen and recognized. Sometimes the other staff are grumpy and seem bothered to help you. I really appreciated her customer service today.
