The second time I’ve ordered online and my order was missing items in both of my bowls. I payed for the extra also, but didn’t get it.
2nd or 3rd time, this has happened. Very frustrating.

Hi there. I ordered 3 bowls and a ginger shot. My parents picked up our order for me because I am at home with Covid. They got all the way home and realized we did not receive our ginger shot. Although our bowls are beautiful and delicious as always, I was reeeeally looking forward to that ginger shot :(
Still love you guys, but this is not the first time this has happened, unfortunately. Kind of a bummer :(.
