There were chunks of spinach in my smoothie. The açaí bowel had granola even though we said no granola.
When asked about my order, they said it wasn’t ready. 10 minutes later they realized in was in the freezer.

The customer service at this location used to be great. Some of the new staff you have lacks customer service and this is something you should address or you will be losing customers.
