Mobile order smoothie was ready when I arrived and was served immediately from the refrigerator. Service was friendly. Berry banana smoothie was very, very, very tasty! First order at this Nekter store. Happened to be in the area.

It wasn’t great sadly..My bowl was kinda gross today. Super runny like a smoothie and no agave at all. I’m super boring and go to my Nekter multiple times a week and get the same bowl every time. The only thing that’s sometimes different with my order is if I get extra agave, which I did today and there was none at all. I normally wouldn’t have cared but I’m super sick and this bowl was literally the only thing that sounded good to me. Kind of a bummer! However the kids that work here are awesome, I always tip them no matter what because they’re kind and always working hard!😊

It was a great experience ordering on the app and being able to drop in and pick up my smoothie, which was excellent! Excellent customer service. My only critique which has *nothing* to do with the employees working at the time is that the location looks like it's due for a refresh. Fresh paint, professional cleaning of the floors and updated tables/chairs could do wonders.
