Great. I appreciate that the girls kept my mobile order smoothie in the fridge until I picked it up. That was thoughtful and little things like that is why I choose Nekter over other places. Another time I needed an extra cup, spoon and lid for storage in my mini fridge, (was staying in an hotel) and they didn’t give me a hard time to give me those or make me pay for them like other places. I know it’s sounds silly but the little things matter. I appreciate good customer service as it seems to be a lost practice. Well done today.

I like everything except the lack of detailed nutritional information for protein smoothies. That is what I buy at Nektar following working out at the gym next door. I have started going to Tustin Power Station for post workout protein smoothies because they have detailed information for each smoothie and each size smoothie about grams of protein, grams of sugar, and total calories. They also have choices between whey and plant based protein.

Overall good. It’s just over priced and they don’t even fill the cup up all the way. If I’m paying $11 for an average size juice it should be filled all the way to the top!

I love this place! And I think the changes/additions to the menu are going in the right direction. That being said, I would appreciate more consistency across stores and even within the same stores. It feels like topping portions and add ins are always different. Sometimes I add chia seed pudding and it fills half the bowl, sometimes it’s a thin layer along the top. Sometimes the cocowhip is a little dollop in the corner and sometimes it covers the entire top of the bowl. Even the cut fruit is never portioned out the same. Given that the bowls are so expensive, it would be nice to be able to order the same thing repeatedly and be able to know what to expect.
