The girl that made my order was very sweet, when I first came in there was a girl that stared at me and watched me walk towards the back where she was standing, the same place you pick up your finished product, she then asked if I placed an order I said yes I did. Then nothing. She had absolutely no customer service skills, no smile no warm welcome, no saying bye or thank you for coming in. Absolute silence. Usually the staff is pretty friendly but this girl needs a little help in that area.

The staff and service are wonderful at this location! I am worried though about the quality of the açaí base. It is tasting more frozen lately, and last time I had large chunks of frozen fruit in the base. Which was not pleasant at all. I order the peanut butter bowl consistently, and the last two times I have not tasted any peanut butter at all in the bowl.

I pay extra for extra bananas and rarely have I ever actually received extra bananas, so I'm basically throwing that money away every time. I also ordered 20 minutes in advance and arrived to find they still hadn't started working on my bowl. Granted, the location was busy, but the whole point of ordering ahead is to get in that line ahead of your arrival. If the order aheads are ignored, there's not much point to ordering ahead.

I wanted a bit more of the pumpkin puree/spices and the girl I asked to add more reblended my smoothie for me. I appreciated her going above and beyond to make it exactly what I wanted. She was very cordial too and explained to me exactly what was in the pumpkin mix.

This is the second time that I have ordered ahead at this location and the order is not ready at time promised. In addition, the employees appear like they are more interested in talking to each other than efficient service.
