My order was ready more quickly than estimated and was accurate, but we only got 3 of 4 items and when we went back for it the reaction was very dismissive. I don’t blame the store 100% for the mistake because it’s not a big deal, it was just the response when we showed up for the product we paid for - it was lame.

I stopped by to get my Veterans day free 16oz juice, and when I asked about it the staff said "I don't think we do that". I had to offer to show them the Nektar website and only then did they give me a free juice.
Please advise the employees of the Veterans day free drink so other veterans don't have to jump through the same hoops.
