I called the store and asked if I could have someone bring out my order and the person on the other end said no. I understand that curbside pickup is not available, not a big deal but once I went inside to pick up my order the young lady handing me my order was not very friendly. I asked her if I could have agave for my order and she handed it to me with such a bad attitude. Honestly this makes me not want to come back, it’s not cheap to eat here so I expect great service. Sometimes as customers we treat ourselves to something that will lift up our spirits after a hard day. This experience was far from that.

I walked in and no one flinched. One girl in the back sitting in her phone, one maybe on her break on her computer in the back of store. I stood there for a few seconds but I had to say excuse me and she didn’t have a sense of urgency at all. Really don’t care she was on her phone because my call ahead order was ready once I got her attention but she didn’t even think it was weird that a customer walked in and she stayed on her phone. Rated speed 9 only because I ordered ahead and it was ready. She was nice enough but nothing over the top. Reminds me of why we hardly ever order from here anymore. Corporate feel where the employees seem to dislike their jobs. Product we bought was fine.

I love this place but on my recent order, I ordered acai bowl and added chia pudding. But when I got home, it did not have chia pudding. I used my rewards so only paid for the chia. Kinda disappointed.
