I ordered two bowls. One of the bowls was not what I ordered. I ordered a regular PB Bowl, no extras. I believe I received a berry bowl with chia inside and one of the items on top was a strawberry purée.
This is the first time I’ve received a wrong item. I only ate half of the bowl. Service was still fine. Mix ups happen. Oh well.

I felt the experience was okay 6.8/10. I ordered online and by the time I got to the store my order was ready but there were a few missing add-ons I had been charged for that weren’t on my bowls. I was missing the vanilla chia seed pudding layer (which they told me they were out of), coconut flakes, and agave. However they did give me a coupon for a free 16oz drink so that was nice. The bowls also had way too much granola than normal.
