Our bowls were very good, however we did pay extra for some additional topping items and they were not on the bowls. We requested the pb protein granola and extra banana and they were not on the bowl.

It was a great experience. They accidentally put agave on one if our bowls but immediately made a new one when I pointed it out. They were very apologetic and kind.

When I received my order I noticed that there weren't any bananas in the container. The young lady just placed the 2 containers in the bag and said nothing. When I inquired as to why there weren't any, I was told that they didn't have any in the store. I then responded by asking why I was not informed and why I was not offered a replacement fruit. The young lady, after I requested a replacement fruit, happily obliged. Unfortunately, the order didn't taste as good as it usually does. The Acai was bad. What made me notice the missing bananas was the fact that the Acai looked really dark in the container. It had a peculiar taste. This visit was not very satisfying. We just threw them out. But overall, I enjoy the Acai Banana Berry bowls. This was a bad investment that day. I just won't visit that shop again. I will stick with the shop in my area. Thank you

I ordered an acai berry bowl and I'm missing the strawberries. I didn't notice it until I got home. I was notified they were out or anything. So why make it an option to order if it's not available
