All of the employees are very friendly and helpful. My smoothie is always ready quickly after I order online. The shop is always clean. My only suggestion would be for the young man who has very long hair to pull it back in a ponytail holder. The past two times I have been in this week his hair was hanging in his face and it doesn’t seem very sanitary for someone who prepares food.

Great product and the Hayden Road location has an excellent staff that is customer service orientated. I normally order on line and my smoothie is always ready when I arrive.

This was absolutely horrible. I paid for peanut butter on top of my bowl and they didn’t give, I asked for no coconut flakes on one and they still put them on. The bowls tasted nothing like they do at other location and the smoothie part was practically soup. I will never return to this location

Super friendly people but the cold brew protein smoothie was half as good at this location as it has been at others. Mostly ice.

The employees were super friendly but my deal is with the smoothies. Everytime I get them they do not taste like anything. Mostly ice from what I can tell. I love fresh smoothies and frequent a lot of juice and smoothie bars. I understand that not all drinks are loaded with sugar which is great but for almost 12 bucks my smoothie should have less ice and more flavor. I got the pink flamingo.
