I ordered and I showed up early because I was already on my way. I got there about 7 min after I had ordered and the employees had not even seen the order ticket. When I walked in it took about 2 minutes for someone to come out and ask me how I could be helped. Then I had to wait for my order to be prepared.

I love Nekter. I do miss the friendliness of the other staff that used to work there. The current staff rarely smiles.
If there is add ins, they should actually make sure they stir or shake it in instead of leaving it in a clump at the bottom
