When I arrived, the staff member was in the back and my order (sent in 15 minutes prior) had not been started. There was not a single other person in the store. Prior to preparing my order, she did not wash her hands.

I’m not one to typically leave reviews, good or bad, but this is the 3rd time I have been to this location and every single time there is no staff in the front and it takes several minutes for an employee to come to the front or even realize a customer is there. This last visit I ordered my açaí bowl and 20 minutes later when I arrived my order had not even been made and the receipt was still sitting on the printer. Won’t be back to this location.

Love the people working there and the drinks, but whenever I order in the evening it always smells like bleach and my drinks were placed on the wet counter that had bleach on it as well
