I placed an online order that included a 10 minute drive and the order was not prepared. Additionally, several orders were completed before my own that included several walk-ins. The total experience took approximately 30 mins. When I first arrived the staffed appeared to be talking and started to work until the store filled. If I was a secert shopper I would have failed the store and its employees for failing to live up the company core values.

I placed an order on the app for convenience. The number of emails I have received asking for feedback is insane. You are creating more work because I now need to delete them and it distracts me from other important things in my inbox. This makes me want to never order from you again or only pay cash and order in person so you can’t find me again. Stop with the electronic clutter.

The bowls are delicious and the service is usually accurate and fast. My biggest complaint is the pricing. I feel like every time I order prices increase. Y’all recently “revamped” some of the bowls and I honestly think it’s just a marketing gimmick to upcharge the customer. Fortunately I still have some gift card balance from the holidays left, but once that runs out, I probably won’t be back.
