Excellent experience! The staff was so sweet and I was incredibly stressed. I didn't realize y'all had moved and I was getting my friend smoothies for chemo. I called the store and was given clear directions. Upon arrival the young man at the front was so sweet to me and also gave me ice for the smoothies.

I love your product but your location on Park Boulevard in Plano has very young kids. The one that is in charge. They really doesn't care much. I had a problem with the app one time and he basically just said "I don't know" I was there again recently after I finally got the app to work Online and when I went in the points were not on the app and they also didn't print on the receipt. He basically told me well " I don't know why, but you only get points if you come in and pick it up there is a barcode on the receipt, but there is not a barcode on the receipt for online orders" maybe have them care a little bit more and try to fix this once in a while other than that everything is great
