Nekter Juice Bar - Plano

This place is such a hit or miss. Today the smoothie was watery and tasteless. The staff was also really rude / dry not just to me but to other customers. Just not a good experience

I have been trying the places that have Açaí Bowls to see which ones I like best. #1 is Tropical Smoothie Cafe because their açaí is frozen. #2 is Nékter because it is bigger and the açaí not as thawed out & therefore runny & #3 is Jamba because their açaí is too melted & therefore very runny.I will not be going back to Jamba. I will be returning to both my #1 & #2 choices, alternating between the two. Anyone know any other places in Plano to try Açaí Bowls? Hit me up in the comments below please.

It was good except my order included a bowl with NO granola and it did have granola in it.

I had a free drink for my first order I could have used and I mentioned it to the person but I didn’t know how to access it bc it wasn’t reflected in the app. She said she didn’t know but then changed it to saying it will apply to the second drink. I looked in my email and saw the email, it was supposed to be for my first drink.. frustrating that she wouldn’t know that. Now I can’t use it.

There is not a clearly marked spot for online order pickup. Or well I didn't see it cuz ppl ordering were blocking sign at counter height. It didn't take too long tho. Food is high quality and staff always friendly at all locations I've been! A little pricy but I understand price gouging from suppliers has been common the 5yrs. If you had some plant-based prepared meals like Juiceland does then I would definitely come here more often. Good day!

Everything was fresh and delicious! I just wish there were more options safe for my child who is allergic to tree nuts.
