It was my first visit to this location in West Plano. The smoothie I ordered was good. Was it worth nearly 14 dollars good? No. I would say it would be reasonable at a 9-10 dollar range. My main issue was the terrible service. I was the only customer in the store. I waited 3-5 min for one of the staff present to greet me. I observed 4 employees in the back cleaning. At one point one even glanced over at me and continued with her cleaning or whatever she was doing at the sink. Finally a guy sauntered over in no hurry. He literally didn't say a word. At least I heard nothing come out of his mouth. I let him know I placed an order on their app. The smoothie was ready when I got there. So had I been greeted quickly and given my smoothie this would be a 5 star review. The employees need training in basic customer service.
No one was watching the front. Staff was in the back watching TV her phone and I had to yell out multiple times to get someones attention to come help me.

There are too many inconsistencies between your franchised locations. I ordered in Plano and everything was perfect. I ordered the exact same thing the following day in Rockwall and couldn’t believe the difference and I paid extra for toppings, but even with the extra toppings did not compare.
