The first time I tried Nekter it was amazing! The second time we went the service needed improvement. There was 2 other customers ahead, yet it took about 20 minutes to get our order. Unfortunately, I was unable to drink my smoothie as it was extremely watery. I noticed that the person in front of me ordered the same smoothie so it just appeared like they gave me the leftovers of the previous smoothie since the consistency was very watery. Pretty bummed.

I ordered 2- 2 day cleanses online to pick up today. I called 30 minutes before pickup time and asked if I could pick up tomorrow. They said my cleanses would not be ready until Tuesday. No one called me to tell me this. You should not offer something if you don't have it especially if someone is driving a long way to get it. Please do better.
