Nekter Juice Bar in Novato serves a decent peanut butter acai bowl. The flavor combination was enjoyable, but the portion size and options could be better. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Nekter is a delicious healthy option for a quick snack between lunch and dinner time for me and my little ones love it as well!

Overall I really like Nektar but I wish the bowls were more consistent in the ingredients and the quantity. Sometimes the ratio of granola is off. Sometimes if I say no bananas on top it looks thrown together and not aesthetically pleasing. Today it was fine with no bananas but then they forgot to put agave on top and there was barely any granola. And the granola that was on it was the gluten free one not the hemp (which I love). Then when I am asked to tip ahead of time it’s a bummer because the product wasn’t put together well.

The store was pretty nasty there were flys just swirling around and it didn’t feel clean. I ordered online and my order was not ready when I came in. The person working behind the counter seemed confused. While I was showing him my order on the phone it came through his computer system. So I left for about 5min and came back and my drink still wasn’t ready. In fact someone else had come in and their drink was made. The worker finally made my drink and I left. The drink was ok there were quite a bit of ice chunks but it was bearable. I would definitely not return to this location, which is unfortunate because there are not many Nekter’s in NorCal yet. I always visit when I’m in SoCal and have a great experience. This Nekter was a 50min drive for me and not worth a return trip. I will just wait till my next trip to SoCal.
