Usually everything is fantastic. I ordered a 32 oz smoothie and it was not filled up by an 1 or 2. Felt a little shorted. Usually they do great just not today

Hi- thanks so much for the review. I am sorry your smoothie did not have much flavor for you. Everything is made to order and we only use natural ingredients. No mixes or sugary yogurts or ice creams. We only have one açaí smoothie which is the Popeyes. If you are used to some of the other smoothie places you might not like the more natural smoothies. Hope you come back and try something else. If you would like it sweeter then ask for extra agave. Hope to see you again soon. we appreciate your business!!

Super expensive, but the smoothies were ok. The peanut butter cold crew was good. The pink flamingo was pretty in color, but lacked flavor.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you feel that our items are expensive. Our prices are actually less than comparable items at comparable juice bars. BUT- we actually ONLY use all natural ingredients. No mixes, dyes, preservatives of any kind. Even the cashew milk is-in house, made fresh daily. Because we only use natural ingredients our smoothies can be a bit less sweet. We hope you come back and try some of our other selections. If you think you want something sweeter, please ask our staff what they might recommend. We appreciate your business.
The customer service here needs a lot of improvement. I was the first one there and I ordered 3 juices and 2 shots. 5 people came in after me and they all had gotten their orders and had left by the time my order was done. No they were not online orders they order and stood in line. I asked what was going on because I was there for about 15 almost 20 mins. She told me it was almost done the juice takes longer, but they made two huge bowls 3 smoothies and another smoothie for all the other customers. There is a girl there that has tattoos and someone either needs to re train her on her customer service or she needs to be fired she is not nice to the customers at all. She was extremely rude to an elderly lady in there that was trying to pay. Customer service is everything and this location is not it for sure and I will not go back. You guys need to fix your staff PERIOD!

Hi Erika. I am so sorry your juices took so long to be made. Everything is made to order and we only have 1 juicer. If we even et a ticket or two before yours it can take a bit longer. And some tickets have multiple juices on them. Smoothies and bowls do come out a bit quicker. I will send your feedback to the staff member you mentioned and make sure she does a better job with her customer service and explaining this is the future. Thank you for the feedback. The berry smoothie was seriously amazing. You can taste that it’s fresh legit juice. It’s not syrupy sweet. It was really refreshing.

Great place to go if you're a lean green juice drinking machine. I love coming here because it's always so clean and their juices and smoothies are the bomb dot com. The people that work here are so friendly too and will point you in the right direction if you ask for advice on what to get. The only flaw is how expensive it is to get a drink or smoothie bowl here. They're taking advantage of trends and you can't blame them for that . Check in and get a free ginger shot. The greenie is my favorite juice to grab on the go...not too sweet nor too bitter. Flamingo is the best smoothie to pick if you enjoy coconut water flavors.

Great fresh juice, smoothies or a combination of the two. I had a fresh apple juice made from eight organic apples. First you order then It is made with Organic ingredients. You can also add protein powder and vitamin boosters if you choose to add them to your Juice/Smoothie.

Hi, I am reaching out about my experience tonight at Nekter on Shea. I walked into the store between 6:45-6:48 to get a juice after a workout. I was told they could only make smoothies because they had already cleaned and broken down the juicer. The worker told me that they clean the juicer every night 15 minutes before they close. I am confused because I haven’t seen any mention of this on the menu or on the hours posted on the door that they stop juicing at 6:45pm. Just wondering if this is an actual store policy or if the workers are closing the store early because they want to go home?

The smoothies have definitely been better here lately than when I came in about a year ago and asked for an almond butter banana smoothie and it literally tasted like someone mashed up a banana and put it in some almond milk! For some reason though, compared to the Tempe Marketplace location, the smoothies here are not as thick. Maybe they are not using as much ice? Either way, the smoothies here have improved! I do like them a lot.

Solid options with the highest quality ingredients. Definitely disappointed with the inconsistent measuring as sometimes the bowls come half full sometime later they are to the top. The smoothies are typically consistent.
For the price of the bowls it would be nice for consistency. Other than that highly suggest coming here for the sweet tooth craving.
