I waited patiently while their machine went down, and then some horrible horrible blonde woman rushed in (owner? Manager?), and instead of being apologetic or kind, was a total jerk. I hope the kind worker who was there quits. She deserves better

Thank you for sharing . We appreciate your patience during the machine issue. Everything seemed fine during the transaction until you expected your items to be free. You did not like my answer when you asked if they were going to be comped and I said I can’t comp everyone. If that is being a jerk, then I am sorry.
The employees are friendly and work as efficiently as they can. The juices and smoothies are always delicious.

Sorry you feel this way. we are actually priced lower than our acai bowl competitors with a superior product. No scoop able bases for our bowls, only whole, fresh, REAL ingredients.
